Billing Policy
We are a mixed billing practice, allowing us to provide the highest quality of care while still catering for our patients with the greatest need.
No-gap billing for consultations is available for eligible children under 16, aged pensioners (67+), and DVA Gold or eligible White Card holders.
All Medicare cardholders are eligible for no-gap billing for GP Management Plans, Care Plan Reviews, Health Assessments, and mandatory Older Driver medical assessments for patients aged over 75.
A private fee applies for patients who are not eligible under the above criteria (this includes phone consults) and ALL consultations on a Saturday are privately billed, whether you have a concession card or not.
Accounts must be settled on the day.
